I work in retail and they want us to say Happy Hoilday to all the customers so we don't hurt anyones' feeling. Look I am so tired of people changing things because we might hurt someone feelings. I once said Merry Christmas and you would think I cursed her out. The lady yelled at me saying "don't wish me a merry christmas I don't believe in christmas." I was shocked, just by me saying two words to a fellow american, two words that many people have said to one another for many years and now people want to change that.
I will always say Merry Christmas to everyone I met and talk too. I will say it starting Merry Christmas on black friday because that is when tha season starts for me, that is when I start decorating my house and play christmas music. I celebrate thanksgiving first than christmas. People need to enjoy all the hoildays and spend that time with family. To me saying Merry Christmas is a gift I can give to everyone.
